Customized Pneumatic Tube Generates More Revenue

Whistle Pig of Shoreham, Vermont was looking to expand their footprint to the Burbon Trail of Louisville, KY.  As an east coast whiskey company, they wanted to make a noticeable impact on the “heavily saturated” Kentucky whiskey Scene. 

As they built out their space in their historic bank building located at 403 E. Market St. Louisville, KY their chief designer was looking for a functional attraction to draw tourists and locals to their location over the many other locations along the Trail.

Chief Designer of the space Andy Morter [Morter Driven] contacted Kelly Systems Inc. with a unique idea, a classic bank Pneumatic Tube Systems to shake drinks in a classy “Way.”  His Hope was to make it a “Premium” cocktail experience that customers would pay a premium and create opportunities for Social Media interest.

Through joint design the product was delivered and performed better than expected.  Majority of sales coming from the Flying Pig Premium Cocktail Shaker.  This spurred viral video hits of the system working daily to deliver the desired customer experience.
